Greetings Internet Campus Family,
Great small group last night! Thanks to each and every one of you that attend so faithfully each week. Here are some prayers to lift up this Friday as we begin to prepare our hearts to worship together this weekend:
1) Pastor Troy - Please pray for our pastor as he puts the finishing touches on an amazing message for the weekend. Also, please pray that his back pain subsides and that God heals him.
2) The Internet Campus - Please pray for your campus, its leadership, and its purpose. I truly believe that God is going to use the campus to reach the whole world with the saving message of God's Son.
3) Father's Day - Father's Day is a wonderful time to honor dads around the world. I also know that for many, it is challenging. Pray for those that either lost their father or had a difficult childhood with him. Pray for healing and grace.
4) This Weekend's Attendance - Father's Day is notoriously low in attendance. Please pray that families from around the world will join us for an exciting time of worship, connection, and learning this weekend.
Your prayers mean so much to me and I appreciate how we can all come together with a single purpose and goal each weekend...to glorify Christ.
Blessings to each of you as we prepare to celebrate in community!

This Father's Day I am praying people come HOME and celebrate the Father of all Fathers... God!
Last year on Father's Day Pastor Garland taught. God used that teaching to nudge me to reconnect with my own father. I felt let down... short-changed in the Dad department. Pastor Garland reminded me that we cannot expect perfection... in people. That if we felt as I did then... short changed... there was a Father who would NEVER let us down.... GOD. And because I could focus on that... and because I realized in that moment that I could ALWAYS turn to God to fill that void.... I was able to stop expecting my Dad to be what I needed him to be. I am now able to realize that my Dad walks through his own life struggling just as I do in mine. Circumstances in his life may keep him from being there for me in the way I want him to be. But God, is ALWAYS there... there are no circumstances that prevent Him from being there... EVER! So this Father's Day is a special one for me... for it is the 1 year mark of me realizing that GOD is my Ultimate... most Perfect... most AMAZING... Never Let me Down DAD! And I'll be spending my Father's Day trying to show Him just how much HE means to me!
